Tractor Trailer Rollover – Phelps

The Phelps Ambulance & Oaks Corners Fire Department were dispatched this morning to a reported tractor trailer rollover on the Exit 42 Westbound Off Ramp of the NYS Thruway.
Phelps Chief 21-0 arrived on scene, and reported 1 injury, with the patient already self extricated, and a hydraulic oil leak. Photos by Phelps Fire
