Structure Fire – Canandaigua

The Canandaigua Fire Department was dispatched this morning to the Saltonstall Street mobile home park for a report of a possible trailer fire; with smoke coming from the chimney. Engine 211 went on location with smoke showing and reported a working fire. Command requested mutual aid from the VA Medical Center to respond to fill-in at Canandaigua’s station. While en route, the VA was re-directed to the scene and Crystal Beach responded to fill-in.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, and it was reported that 2 cats were killed in the blaze. MPNNews Article
