Severe Storm Damage – Canandaigua

The Canandaigua Fire Department was dispatched this afternoon to area of West Lake Road and Butler Road for several reports of trees and wires down, along with reports of a tree that had fallen into a house. Command requested the Cheshire Fire Department to respond to the scene with additional chainsaws, and the VA Medical Center Fire Department was placed on Standby for the City. The National Weather Service is sending a team to the area to determine if it was a tornado.
