Mistaken Identity – Canandaigua

The Canandaigua Fire Department, City Police , and Canandaigua Ambulance were dispatched to the area of Chapin Street in the City this morning for a report of a man dangling from the wires. A quick investigation by first responding units revealed that a “Drill” was being conducted by RG&E and the man was really a MAN-equin.
