MVA with Entrapment – Seneca Castle

The Seneca Castle Fire Department and Finger Lakes ambulance were dispatched this afternoon to the intersection of County Road # 4 and County Road # 20 for a reported MVA involving a car and tractor trailer.
Car 97 went on scene and reported entrapment with serious injuries and requested Mercy Flight to the scene. Command requested Hopewell to respond with their rescue. Additional mutual aid was requested from the Stanley FD for fire police to respond to assist with traffic control.
1 patient was transport via Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital I n Rochester. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
