MVA with Entrapment – Phelps

The Phelps Fire Department, Phelps ambulance and Finger Lakes Ambulance (ALS)were dispatched this morning to State Route 96 between Rt 488 and Rt 88 for a reported MVA with a car into a poll with a person trapped.
Command went on location and confirmed a car into a pole with one patient trapped. 1 patient was extricated in 20 minutes and All units were back in service at 0830 hours.
