Roll-over with Entrapment – Phelps

The Phelps Fire Department and Phelps Ambulance were dispatched to Fort Hill Rd this morning for a roll-over MVA. Command reported a roll-over with 1 patient trapped, and requested Mercy Flight to the scene. 1 patient was extricated, and a total of 3 patients were transported to Strong Hospital in Rochester.
