Structure Fire – Gorham

The Gorham Fire Department was dispatched this afternoon to Depew Road for a reported garage fire. While units were en route, back-up phone calls reported a fire in an attached garage. Command reported a working fire with a fully involved garage, and fire extending into the residence. Mutual aid requested from Stanley FD and Hopewell FD. Fire was contained to the garage, with minor damage to the living areas of the structure. Seneca Castle FD & Hall FD provided standby coverage for committed departments. The fire was called under control in approximately 1 hour.
