The Phelps Ambulance and Oaks Corners Fire Department were dispatched this evening to the New York State Thruway, near Mile marker 326 for a car vs. tractor trailer MVA. Mercy Flight was requested to the scene. 1 patient was flown to Strong Memorial Hospital
