Structure Fire – Bristol
The Bristol and Cheshire (automatic mutual aid) Fire Departments were dispatched this evening to Oakmount road for a reported structure fire.
Command went on location with a 2 1/2 story structure with fire showing and requested mutual aid from East Bloomfield for tankers and Honeoye for the FAST team. Command updated to have Honeoye respond a full response, and Canandaigua FD to respond as the FAST team.
Canandaigua was unable to supply a FAST team, so Victor FD was requested to respond. Additional Departments requested included West Bloomfield for a tanker, Ionia for a tanker, East Bloomfield to fill tankers, Ionia to cover East and West Bloomfield districts, and Canandaigua to Cover Bristol’s District.
The Red Cross was requested to repsond to the scene to assist the occupants. Photos by Trish Laube

Briston did a excellent job, as well as its mutual aid responders – Victor FD, East and West Bloomfield FD, Canandaigua FD for a fill in at Bristol’s Station, and Ionia FD for the fill in for East and West Bloomfield FD.
