The Phelps Fire Department responded to White Rd yesterday afternoon for an animal/water rescue. Shortly after dispatching the department, the Ontario 911 center undated responding units that a women had entered the water after the dog. Both were uninjured and self-extricated themselves before apparatus arrived.
