The Richmond Fire Dept. responded this afternoon to a rollover MVA with the victim still in the vehicle on Mosher Rd. Further updates reported that the victim was unable to get out of the vehicle but was uninjured. The vehicle was stabilized and victim was removed. Photos

The Phelps Fire Department, Phelps Ambulance, & OCALS were dispatched this morning to a reported 1 car MVA on Melvin Hill Road, just south of Phelps Cement. Dispatched indicated a vehicle in the ditch with two occupants inside.

The Phelps Fire Department responded this morning to a report of water in the basement at Vienna Gardens apartments. Rescue 2171 arrived on location reporting a 10′x30′ pit about 3′ in depth, filled with water from the boiler with a temperature of approximately 180 degrees.
