Firehouse.com news firefighter LODDsThe Shortsville and Manchester (automatic mutual aid) Fire Departments were dispatched tonight to Shortsville Road for a reported kitchen fire. Command arrived on scene and reported the fire has been knocked down by the occupants and held Manchester units in quarters. Command further requested an Ambulance and ALS for a burn victim.

The Phelps Fire and ambulance were dispatched to Mill Street the afternoon for a bus that had left the road and sheared off 2 electric poles. Command reported no injuries, with 2 pole damaged. Power was out in Phelps and Clifton Springs while the poles were replaced. Photos

Randall Johnson, of Route 21 North, passed away Dec. 11, 2007 at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic. He was 58.
