Friday, April 25th, 2008Ontario County Fire Departments responded to 7 brush fires Wednesday and 6 on Thursday in spite of a ban on open burning enacted by Ontario County Board of Supervisors Chairmen Ted Fafinski. 1 property owner has been charged with a misdemeanor for conducting open burning. Brush Fire - Naples
Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008The Naples Fire Department was dispatched to a brush fire near Atlanta Garlinghouse Road. Naples Fire Chief Patrick Elwell said it took eight departments and 60 firefighters to battle the 40 acre blaze. Sunday, April 20th, 2008The Port Gibson and Clifton Springs Fire Departments were dispatched this afternoon to County Road # 27 for a reported structure fire.
