MVA with entrapment - Manchester
Saturday, June 28th, 2008The Manchester Fire Department and Shortsville Ambulance were dispatched tonight to the NYS Thruway at exit 43 for a reported 1 vehicle MVA with rollover. Command reported a NY State Police vehicle overturned with the occupant trapped. EMS command requested Mercy Flight to respond, but they were unable to due to the weather.
