The Canandaigua Fire Department was dispatched this morning to Green Street for a reported structure fire.  Command reported a working fire and requested a ambulance to respond for numerous injured persons. Severe Storms

Ontario County was struck by some severe storms Thursday afternoon. Several Depts responded for storm calls. There was numerous street flooded with several roads closed in the Southern Ontario County area including Naples, South Bristol, southern portion of Canandaigua, Rushville and the southern portion of Gorham.

Severe weather causes numerous alarms – Geneva

On 19 July 2009, a short but severe thunderstorm struck Geneva, N.Y. The Geneva Fire Department received dozens of emergency calls and responded to 26 alarms, mostly for wires down.
