Severe weather causes numerous alarms - Geneva
Sunday, July 20th, 2008On 19 July 2009, a short but severe thunderstorm struck Geneva, N.Y. The Geneva Fire Department received dozens of emergency calls and responded to 26 alarms, mostly for wires down. On Washington St. in the city, a primary power line caught fire, burning the roadway and charring the curbing. Photos and video by GFD
