Industrial Accident - Canandaigua

The Canandaigua Fire Department and Canandaigua Ambulance responded to Pactiv Corporation for a reported a person trapped by a forklift.
Command reported 1 patient with serious injuries, including burns, with no entrapment. The patient was airlift by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital in Rochester.
