Structure Fire - Clifton Springs

The Clifton Springs and Phelps (automatic mutual aid) Fire Departments were dispatched to 2190 State Rt 96 for a reported fire in the upstairs bathroom.
Command reported a working fire with extension into the attic.  The fire was under control approximately in 20 minutes.  The American Red Cross was contacted to assist the residents.

Severe Burns require Medi-vac - VA Fire Department

The Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center Fire Department responded this morning to Bldg. 9 for a report of a man with severe burns.
Command reported a 34 year old  male with severe burns due to the malfunction of a high pressure steam pipe that was being worked on. Finger lakes Ambulance went on location and requested Mercy [...]
